For your consideration, this lovely antique 14K gold Victorian Art Nouveau faux tortoise shell pearl motif hair comb set. These combs were masterfully created. The 14k gold work is topped with graduated seed pearls giving the combs a regal look. This comb was made from celluloid (plastic) which was a popular way to create these combs after the mid 1800's.
