(2) Keyseat Cutters, Key Slot Cutter, WELDON 3/8, 3-5, D65 HS, 3/4" Shank.
Both look the same.  The OD of the cutters are about .770". They have offset teeth.  We cannot be sure they will cut 3/8".  When we use a caliper across the offset we get about .330".  These may have been re-ground or we just cannot measure them the way we are.  Both tools feel sharp.
