Shipping (Please Read)
: There are two Options that we use. Either USPS or UPS depending on Location of Customer for Free and safely!! Shipped Free
IAW eBay return policy, boxes are not covered under the "Item arrived Damaged" option. However, if a box does arrive in unsatisfactory condition. We do offer a replacement box free of charge if they are instock at Funko. Just message us with photos and we will see if it can be replaced. If a return is requested under this option due to the box being "damaged", we will gladly process request and charge 50% plus shipping costs.
We pull case fresh, but that doesn't guarantee a Mint Box or just an unblemished box. But we have a Quality control process and pull obvious boxes that didn't make the cut.
