The cd video plays on your PC which will play in any WMV video player such as VLC player, real player and mediaplayer.   Windows and Mac OSX and earlier play the videos using a WMV format player.  The videos are broken into small 2-5 minute chapters so you do 1 step at a time and minimize mistakes this way and having to restart the video.
If you are like me, I
hate assembly and disassembly direction.  Most times you end up doing things 2-3x before you get it right
, or the directions don't tell you about pitfalls to watch out for.  You get frustrated and it is a bad time.  With the video I provide you will get in there and have the whole repair completed in under 1 hour.  If saving an hour of time is worth a few dollars, forget the other vendors, their "online" instructions are nothing more than photos or small online video snaps with no sound to explain what they are doing.  When you see what I do and you do in the repair you will be glad you bought this kit.  Don't be fooled by a vendor offering a cheap substitute.  Go with the best and the vendor who has always put his reputation on the line with voluntary feedback.

All material/packaging of the parts will be required to be returned. If you have an issue with a part not resolving an issue there may be something else going on and let us discuss with you prior to initiating a return.
