Jackson Artiste size 8B. Model 1790. Mark IV Blades. These skates are NOT heat moldable. Nice pair of skates with some wear, but sharpened and ready to go. Skates have decent ankle support and can assist you on your way to improving your skating skills. The pick is straight cut. I believe these are an 8 foot rocker. These are the blades that came standard with the boot. I used these for my Adult Levels 4-6 and they offered the support I needed at that time. I traded up quickly because I wanted heat moldable skates. I was going to keep them to skate on artificial ice, but have since learned that they are not my true size. Please be certain that you are a true size 9 in street shoes before making an offer. Jackson Aspire Foot Bed System for a more cushioned heel. I used another footbed insole, so the ones in the skate are in excellent shape. There are some scratches on the boots from carrying them without any guards (very foolish idea. Get guards). One of the lace hooks is missing. They arrived that way, but since I don't use that hook when lacing up, I didn't mind. A pro shop should be able to take care of it.
Overall, a very reliable pair of skates for a recreational skater and so much more ankle support than rentals. Even if you are an occasional skater, this small investment will save you some sore ankles and feet.
