    Dated 12/10/1908.
    The company was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1908.
    Nice low numbered certificate, #16.
    According to the 1907 edition, volume 8, of the American Warehouseman's Association the company was formed after a same named company went into receivership that year.  In 1908 the new company was formed. The company supplied cold storage to warehouses via a pipe line system. The company also operated the Julius Cold Storage & Refrigerating Co.
