Believed to be Mode lRA390-025O25L-17L though identification removwd when neck was reduced to 0.860". Has 1"  Cut Diameter, 1" Diameter Shank, & 8" Overall Length. Includes Torx Driver and four R390-17-04 16M-PM Grade 1025 Inserts.
