    Description

    Brushed Aluminum disk from the 1st Class main staircase onboard the SS UNITED STATES.  Heavy solid aluminum disk with
    concave
    sides, screws where it attached to the two portions of the railing (see image)
    . I acquired this during a visit to the ship in Newport News, Virginia.  Some wear and small scratches as would be expected from heavy use.  Measures 4" diameter by 1.25" width.
