Vtg.Riedell Royal (Melissa Fischermann) White Ice Skates w/Sheffied Steel Blades

Description

These are Riedell Royal Ice Skates  and both the shoe and heel  look to be made in leather, the tongues have some sort of sponge to them .  On the bottom of shoe state  made in Red Wing Minnesota and the name of Melissa Fischermann and M 1 GM. I don't know if the name on shoe is of some one famous.  On the inside of shoe in ankle area writing has rub off and I can on make out  all that was printed on them,these #'s and letters are the only one visible- 2149 90 GM . I don't know what they mean or if this is the size or model of shoe.  The blades are mark Sheffield Steel  MK Made in England and the #'s 8 2/3.  I don't know if these skates are good for wearing or better for decor.
Since I'm not sure what size these are I have taken some general measurements and they are approx: only ( please keep in mind these look to be for a child).
Height includes blade approx: 8 1/2"   Length taken from bottom of shoe approx: 8 1/2"
