Description
For sale 2 enlisted WW1 US soldier's collar discs, one for the 24th infantry regiment and the other for company A. This was a black unit protecting the US/Mexico boarder and they were stationed at Camp Logan, TX at the time. Unfortunately, several members of this unit were part of the Houston riot which resulted in the execution of 19 soldiers and life imprisonments of 63 others (please look this up if you are not familiar with the incident). These are important historical items, and should be in all WW1 US collectors collections.
