Organization called (ROROA)  Roller Skaters Rink Operators Association originally formed in 1937 & merged  in 1970.
National Headquaters was in Lincoln, Nebraska
"United States Regional Roller Skating Champion / ROROA / ASU"
On the back "ARTISTIC SKATING UNION 3RD PLACE"
Probably awarded in the late 1930's
Compositoin copper & enmalled
Size 28.5 x 37.3 mm - Very nice conditon.
Probably not many around any more.
In my collecton since Feb. 1993.
